I created Psychology & Psychotherapy Centre to invite those who are feeling they are not at their best into a transformative and healing space.
is the Irish word for “Treasures” and I believe that, within our psyche, we all have inner resources that are, indeed, inner treasures! There are times in our lives, however, when we find these personal resources/treasures hard to see, reach, feel, value and use. Life experiences may have taken us away from our inner resources/treasures onto other paths and we may need some help (a map) to find our way back home to our true nature and the treasures within.
May my mind come alive today
To the invisible geography
That invites me to new frontiers,
To break the dead shell of yesterdays,
To risk being disturbed and changed.
May I have the courage today
To live the life that I would love,
To postpone my dream no longer,
But do at last what I came here for
And waste my heart on fear no more.
